San Francisco Readers!

Obviously, there is less than a month left before I am supposed to come to the city. I am still looking for a place. Does anyone have any tips or know anyone who would be looking for a roommate? If all fails, I'll have to stay with relatives or with undergrads. I really don't want to live with undergraduates or to have to go back to Houston to bring all my stuff for whenever.

I probably know less people in San Francisco than you do, but I will call my friends and ask them if they know of anyone looking for a roommate.

I am in the same boat, except with me it's Amherst, MA in August.

Mike: Are you going to UMass Amherst or Amherst College? Not sure who teaches at the latter, but Martìn Espada and James Tate teach at the former.

John: Already doing it. But obviously, it hasn't really yielded much yet, so I might have to follow Lauren's advice.

UMass Amherst, for the fiction program (go figure), but yeah, I'm pretty excited about the poetry folk as well (Peter Gizzi is there too).
